The Curiosity Experiment is a 10-week group coaching journey for those navigating change, reimagining direction, or simply feeling a little off-track. In a world that often demands clarity and certainty, this course invites you to pause, explore and experiment instead — using curiosity as a practical tool for growth. You’ll be guided through a blend of gentle self-paced modules and five live group calls, where we’ll connect, reflect, and deepen the work together. This is for anyone feeling stuck, restless, or simply ready to reimagine what’s possible when you move with curiosity instead of fear.

What will we
explore?
Across five modules, you’ll build a repeatable, sustainable method for navigating stuckness, embracing curiosity, and making intentional life shifts — without needing to figure everything out.
The time between calls gives you spaciousness to explore the material, try small experiments, and return with insight. Whether you move steadily or take pauses along the way, this journey is here to meet you where you are.
Here's what we’ll cover:

Speakers
You'll explore what curiosity is, why it's of interest and how to measure it. You'll look at how it can be used as a force for good in the world and the watchouts.
You'll slow down, reflect, and identify the areas of life that feel off-course. Through deep noticing, you’ll begin to understand what’s calling for attention — and what needs to change
You’ll explore the hidden shapes of fear — perfectionism, busyness, people-pleasing — and learn to reframe these patterns with compassion and curiosity, not judgment.
You'll learn a four-step tool — The Curiosity Compass™ — to gently navigate stuckness and begin shaping small but intentional growth experiments.
Together we'll experiment. You’ll design your own low-pressure curiosity experiment, reflect on what emerges, and start to feel your own momentum build.
You'll create your personal Curiosity Code™: a set of guiding principles that keep you grounded and growth-oriented — long after the course ends.
Meet your curiosity coach

Hi, I’m Clare Inkster — curiosity coach, human insight consultant and the creator of The Curiosity Experiment.
This work was born from both study and lived experience, as I navigated my own way through stuckness, change, and reinvention. My background spans coaching, behavioural science and leadership development — but my deepest passion lies in helping people reconnect with what's quietly calling to them. I hold space for thoughtful, intuitive growth, and I believe some of the most powerful shifts happen when we allow ourselves to begin gently and listen more closely to what we already know.

Module One
Pause and Notice
Reconnect with what's ready to shift.
In this module, you’ll slow down and create space to notice what’s no longer working. You’ll identify areas of stuckness, burnout or numbness in your life — and begin to listen underneath to what might be calling for change. Instead of rushing into solutions, you’ll start with awareness: a shift from autopilot into conscious noticing.
Module Two
Rethink Fear
Meeting your inner blocker
Fear is not the enemy — it’s a messenger. In this module, you’ll explore how fear, perfectionism, conformity and busyness often disguise themselves as logic. You’ll personify your Inner Blocker, uncover inherited beliefs, and learn how to gently reframe fear-based thoughts into possibility-powered questions.
Module Three
Reframe and Explore
Using the Curiosity Compass
Now that you’ve softened fear, it’s time to find direction. You’ll learn to use the Curiosity Compass™ — a 4-step framework for navigating stuckness with clarity and compassion. You’ll apply it to a specific “Stuck Spot” in your life and identify a micro-shift you feel ready to test.
Module Four
Design & Experiment
Find your Flow
In this module, you’ll design your own curiosity experiment: a low-pressure, meaningful step forward. You’ll implement it, track what you notice, and reflect on your emotional responses. Imperfection is welcomed here — your job is not to get it right, but to show up with intention and presence.
Curiosity as a way of being
Integrate and Elevate
Here, you’ll honour how far you’ve come and define how you want to keep living this work. You’ll craft your personal Curiosity Code, design sustainable mini-rituals, and identify your next area for experimentation.

Don't worry! The live sessions will be recorded, however, if you're able to join in person then we'd highly recommend it.
The digital workbook will be shared a few days ahead of the first live session. We recommend printing out the workbook if you can or keeping a separate notebook for your reflections and experiment plans.
You will be sent access to the full course content a few days before the first live session.
The live sessions are interactive group coaching sessions, where we will recap on the course content, practice techniques and share reflections and progress on our experiments.
